#4 X Colormap Entries Incorrectly Set.

For some combinations of X server depth and VIDC depth
the X server colormap has incorrect RGB definitions for
some of the VIDC palette entries. E.g. white in the
RISC OS Palette application can be seen to be 0xf7de,
0xf3ce, 0xf7de instead of 0xffff, 0xffff, 0xffff.
