#11 extnrom apparently ignored

System info: Intel Pentium 4, Ubuntu 7.10

Both the arcem executable and the extnrom directory are in the same directory. The extnrom directory contains ArcemModes,ffa, hostfs,ffa, hostfsfiler,ffa, scrollwheel,ffa, support,ffa. The directory hostfs is also in the same directory as arcem. No HostFS filer is present, there are no extra modes, and the scrollwheel does not work.
