#10 command line options don't work

System info: Intel Pentium 4, Ubuntu 7.10

The command line options appear to have no effect. For example, arcem --help does not output any help text, and simply runs the emulator. The same happens with the other flags: arcem runs, but the flags do not modify the behaviour.
