#1 Exported POV & INC files remain locked while arbaro open

If you export a tree to POV-Ray from the Arbaro GUI,
both the POV and INC files remain locked after export is
finished, meaning that you cannot edit them in POV-Ray
until the Arbaro GUI is closed.

I've had a quick look at the source, my guess is that the
PrintWriter needs to be close()'d when it's finished with.
However, the ParamFrame source file appears to be
missing, which is preventing me from actually
progressing this further myself...

Tested in Windows XP SP2, java sdk 1.4.2, POV-Ray
