I'm not so useful but... in a fresh Linux Mint 19 64bit it works (see screenshot as attachment). Maybe we have to convert all the PNGs of the application to a "friendlier" sRGB profile.

Hi. I have just tried to install from scratch both AraSuite and pictos in linux (Ubuntu 20.04) and I had no problem. So, I was not able to reproduce the error. The problem you detected seems to be related to the "libpng" libraries your computer is using. There are some interesting threads in StackOverflow talking about that problem when using new versions of such library. Even being just a "warning", it seems the library considers it as an "error". I am using "libpng 1.6.37", which seems to be correct....

Thank you I did a fresh installation of the 32 bit version on a separate folder (ARASUITE32) and it worked. Another thing - and this is not about the topic of this ticket so I'm certainly doing something wrong - why does Araword treat some plurals and not others (horse/horses, for example, but not ear/ears)? Both are translated in the ARASAAC portal in portuguese, the language I use Best regards Rui

That is strange. Could you try a fully fresh installation? Just install it in a different folder, not in the previous one so that any installed file would be new. I cannot guess what the problem could be. Best regards Joaquín

Hi. I have just downloaded and installed both versions for windows and the one for linux, without trouble. I have not checked the Mac version (I have not a Mac at hand). Are you using a Mac? Regards Joaquín

Hola! Yo también tengo el mismo problema. Me da error cuando le doy a "Comprobar actualizaciones" y luego a "Actualizar". ¿Qué tengo que hacer? ¿Esperar a ver si mañana no me da error? Gracias y saludos!!!
