#31 Alt+Key rings the bell

Whatever the OS inside ARAnyM, pressing Alt + any key (like Alt+A) rings the Bell sound on the host.
I use ARAnyM 0.9.10 on Windows XP.

Despite the Bell, the keystroke is handled as expected inside the guest OS. For example, characters from the Alt keymap can be typed.
