#10 Write release documentation (Developers Guide)

At this point it is very clear what will be released on the
first Implementation.

The objective of this task is to write the release
documentation for the first iteration of arandu. The
documentation must be compoused by:

The Developers Guide documentation must have the
following documents:

* Javadoc documentation.
* Reports generated by Maven.
* Text that explains how the API is built, how the main
classes works and how to create new type of questions
and exams.
