RiDeformationV is declared in include/aqsis/ri/ri.h but never defined, this causes linking issues with software that invokes it (http://ayam.sourceforge.net is an example).

The attached patch fixes the problem by defining RiDeformationV the same way its cousin RiDeformation is.

    Thanks Pietro, I've committed this and it will be in the hot fix 1.8.1 release which will be out as soon as we figure out some bundling issues we've been having with our binary releases.
