When camera motion blur is used, points primitives are rendered without motion blur. The blur is correctly performed if the motion segment is attached to the object transformation rather than the camera transformation.

    This is now fixed as of 8596388cf01bc3e37ea83a312f9b6bec43819f74.

    The bug was caused by omission of the camera key frames when determining the key frames needed for transformation motion blur of points primitives.
