This is an alpha version as the English translation is also not final. With a new version of the English translation I'll improve it.

User who has worked on correcting the English translation, month ago wrote to me that the first stage of the work already done. After that he stopped answering my letters.
You can make the necessary changes in the English localization? After this, finish the German translation?
You'll need to modify the file English.ts, so I could quickly find the parts of the code to fix.

I can try, but as I do not speak Russian, I cannot use the Russian version as a basis for the English one. And there is some text where I have no idea on its basic message.

I myself can do the correction. You only need to specify which strings are written in English is not correct.

There is no English.ts or did I miss something?

Had a look at v0.8.1. English localization is better now but there is still room for optimization :-)

When you can finish the translation?

The better the English localization, the better the German one will be ;-) The problem is, there are few text strings I still don't know what they want to tell me exactly. If I don't get their exact meanings, it's hard to translate them to German, of course.
I was wondering if it would be better to add a seperate English localization file to the package, maybe third-party contribution to English localization would be easier, then.

In QtLinguist you will see the windows (AQEMU windows) of the text to be translated.
If the string for translate is located in the source code is in QtLinguist displays the source code.
You use these opportunities to translate?
If you do not understand the meaning of the lines you can find it in translation to other languages (Russian, French) and with using the Google Translate to translate into German or English.

I asked if you could design the app to use its own English.ts file, so that contributors could improve English translation more easily.

Okay I'll add individual file for the English language.

We need help with translations. A lot of it will have to be redone. I didn't include support for translations in 0.9.1, because of that. Lots of strings changed, lots of new strings were added. And there are going to be more changes. Support for translations will be included in coming versions. Maybe not 0.9.2 yet, I'm not sure about it.
