After clean install via Linux Mint 13 Maya (based on Ubuntu 12.04) repositories, you can't run a VM because this message appers:
"SPICE port number incorrect!"

, the problem is solved. Probably a minor bug, but, without that comment I don't see how could a normal user fix it :S
