The "other skins depending by map"-defaults sets other
skins as default when changing to a certain map on
matchmode.
So, for an example:
There was a league.. male/ctf_r and ctf_b were the
skins used. But then, there's a clan who always plays
airport. The coinflip of the league-admin decides which
clan is allowed to chose skin. So this clan often (50%)
got the skin-choise on their map.
You can hardly see opponents on airport if they have
male/ctf_b as their skins. It's quite a exploit to know
and to do this.
The clan got into the finals of that league. Perhaps
i'm a bit jealous :) but I guess leagues would
appreciate such "skin proposals" for certain maps by
the aq2tng matchmode.
How I could imagine doing this...

There's already a ctf_y (yellow) for male - but ppl
hardly use it, since there's no big availability of
ctf_y. So ctf_y would be an addition to the
tng-clientpak too then..
