Isn't that exactly what "apt-get autoclean" does?
Not exactly. "apt-get autoclean" removes package
files that can no longer be downloaded.
This tool leaves them in cache in case they're
needed (which can be also done with autoclean)
but aptsamever is more flexible (and will be
even more) with what to delete and what not.
As of version 0.2.0 you can specify how many
most recent versions of each package to leave
on the system, I'm not sure this can be done
with apt-get autoclean. Anyway, thanks for pointing that out.
