APTo has not been updated in a while and the developer moved onto new projects. Since APTo was launched, other software has been created to view and analyse Atom Probe data. Check 3Depict at http://threedepict.sourceforge.net

APTo v1.0 beta has been released. You can download it with a few simple steps. Please sign up to the users mailing list if you are interested in APTo. It is the best way for us to contact you in case we make new releases or big changes to the software.
