#1 apt-checkpoint rollback should have a confirmation

When you apt-checkpoint rollback and hit enter, it
rolls back, but it should have a confirmation, perhaps
like this:

Rollback to $description_of_last_checkpoint? [y/N]

So that I can confirm that I want to rollback.

Good idea. There are a few areas that need confirmation by
default.
