I have scoured the web looking for answers to this. I am unable to get PostgreSQL to work. I enabled it in php.ini but I get the following err in my apache error log. PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'C:/AppServ\php7\ext\php_pgsql.dll' - %1 is not a valid Win32 application. I do have PostgreSQL installed and can run psql from a command line (in my PATH ENV). I have tried both versions of PHP with the same result. Help!
