COMPILE
compile "applesmc-win32.c" "ui.c" and link against "inpoutx64.dll"
INSTALL:
1. Having the TESTSIGNING boot configuration option set.

2. Read section USAGE
3. Ready to use.
USAGE
applesmc-win32 [m|f ...]
m monitor sensors
f <y|n> <num> <s0> ... <sn> ... <snum-1> set fan speed manually
<y|n> y=manual, n=auto
<num> number of fans installed
<sn> speed of fan n, n in the range of 0 to num-1
example:
I have 2 fans, and I want to set them to manual, with speed of 5500 and 6000 respectively:
"applesmc-win32.exe f y 2 5500 6000"
to reverse back to auto (default):
"applesmc-win32.exe f n"
