I have a 1.33 GHz PowerBook G4 12" running OS 10.3.9.

I installed and ran AppleJack hoping to fix a corrupt
Quark file — which was along shot, and didn't work. But
now I'm having problems with a number of my Mac
applications: iCal, Address Book, Safari, Disk Utility,
Date & Time, etc. If I run AppleJack again, it fixes
the problem, but only for about 24 hours. I can't
imagine that I'm supoosed to be running this everyday,
and I'm getting worried that I've seriously screwed up
my computer.

When I run AppleJack, I run it in manual mode and do
the steps in order, including individual users.

I have no idea how to access the logs, and haven't
found any folders labeled "corrupt"

The first time I ran it, it changed a TON of my
permissions, but since then it has not.

Help!!
