#114 I believe I doubles my directory files??

So in a panic and trying my best to fix the esata external hard drive I use for video editing, which was formatted in an HFS+ format, I used applejack and it found my missing partition, but somehow I doubled my directory files. So then when i used Diskwarrior it uses the 2nd set of files created by applejack, and for some reason, folder and a very few files were actually shown when Diskwarrior. Many if not all FOLDER found, but the files (video and adobe premiere files, pix files) we not found in the folders. So how do I delete the folders directory that applejack made, how do I find out which is the oldest / correct files to keep and then re run Diskwarrior, in hopes that all files return?
