#110 Applejack does not recognize my user name

I got a early 2011 17" MacBook Pro refurb, put 10.6.8 on it and used migration assistant to get my data, except for some User data which I did manually. When I try to use Applejack to do something on my User, it says the user is invalid or does not exist. My OS X permissions and Account says it does exist and is (me). Applejack was working fine on this user on my old Core 2 duo MBPro.

I have reinstalled. How can I correct this?
