#46 Jörg: AUTO big bang option

In the developer forum I found a statement from the
author that AUTO mode should not involve all users
caches. I very much disagree. The normal usage for
applejack here is to clean everything, check and move
all preference files, for system and every user, the VM
and then reboot. Said in short: Every feature the
program offers. Doing that in interactive mode is
really painful

Please, additionally to "auto" and "AUTO" give us "BIG
BANG" option that runs every feature the program has
and reboots.
