WinApp_Manager / News: Recent posts

All app infos are now in yaml and thus very easy to understand and edit!
New Website, totaly new, great editor, and able to check if the extracted version is correct and also check the donwload links.
You must register to use this features: upload, edit, test

A small layout change for WinappManager. The Tasks are now accessible from the Tree under "selected"

Also many changes in code and thus in Beta
