You have save my day... But i have made some simple adjustments for me, cause the Path "appconference-svn/" was not usable for me.
Here i have do a little Howto in German for installing it on SUSE and asterisk 1.62. Now i will check the module works for 1.62 : http://wiki.xstable.de/doku.php?id=asterisk:appconference_installieren
