#30 Add Keep Background Color option

Release 2.02 has an option to "Keep Background Color"
when a new batch of flames is created using either
Random (Ctrl+B) or a script. This option is useful
for easily changing the default black background to a
user defined color.

In 2.02, the "Keep Background Color" option can be
found on the Random tab of the Options dialog.
