I don't think it uses anything extremely modern so it probably works on pretty much any Windows, maybe as far back as XP. I'd guess it would probably work fairly well under WINE on Linux too but I've never had cause to try.

  Sorry, I no longer have Win 10 so I can't offer much useful advice. Perhaps if you gave details of the error messages we might be able to figure out what's going wrong.
