I have a 16gb SanDisk Cruzer glide stick. Am trying to make the USB stick usable bootable as a standalone device, able to boot and run Apodio with no affect on his device. This is for a friend who is looking to edit videos. Using rest of 16gb for persistence aside from the size of the OS. Used Rufus to make the Apodio 13 iso bootable from the stick, also tried Unetbootin as I am on Windows11. Set boot order correctly and upon boot I am greeted with the Grub> command line. Was able to identify the stick as (hd0,msdos2) I believe it was formatted as NTFS. (hd0/msdos2) filesystem was ext2 all other options could not identify. There was no /etc or /dev (no files for me to cat and read or the files exist but are in wrong place?). Only a pagedown+ and pageup+ or something like that? I am stuck around that area.
