#4 Patch for 055

A quickie patch for version 0.55.

Included in the zip file are:
attack.php
config.php
explore2.php
update.php

Issues resolved were:
-Cannot attack yourself anymore
-Fixed the updater - there is now a limit of colonists to
the number of land
-Fixed exploration exploit
