This workspace impliments lillian dates. That is converting vectors in the form of year,month,day into the number of days the Gregorian Calendar has been in use. Day 1 is 1582 10 15.
This thing need vigorous testing. I had a devil of a time getting the thing not to add the odd day here or there or duplicate the previous day. The test suite only contains a quarter of the things I tested.
As with all the test suites I wonder whether my test actually prove something.
