#2 Improved CSS for header.html

Hi,

I get some errors for the included css in header.html. Attached is the improved css.diff.

Also for Debain Etch with Iceape the mainboxes are too small, at least the borders. (.navstrip. .content,.footer) should be with a margin-left smaller than the 210px, I think.
