#71 Cascading Lovs for "Popup Key Lov" do not work

If a "Popup Key Lov" is the master of a cascading lov, the detail lov doesn't get refreshed when a value is selected in the "Popup Key Lov" popup.

It looks like that for a disabled text item the onchange event doesn't fire.
