#19 Two digit year is always prefixed with 19

If a two digit year is entered, but the format mask requires 4 digits (eg. YYYY or RRRR) the javascript library automatically pads the missing 2 digits.

But 19 is always used as prefix instead of 20 if the entered value >= 00
