#1 Incorrect action of /switch command

Usually, the command "/switch" causes switching between horizontal and vertical location of "Main chat" and "User list" windows (really a very suitable feature).
Speed mod s14 just switches these windows "left-to-right" (as well as attemption to set vertical/horizontal windows location via Settings menu).
