The IcalCrawler could use a DataAccessorRegistry to be able to work with ical files available through any URL

Based on any protocol. A single crawler would be able to monitor local .ics files as well as remote calendars, published as .ics files. This would greatly enhance the usability of the ICAL crawler. There are quite a lot of .ics calendars available on the web.

Would it make sense to use URLConnection, and its subclasses for http, file, ftp, etc. to handle the retrieval of the ical file? This would require just a few changes to the IcalCrawler.

Also, I've notice that currently the IcalCrawler expects a file path (e.g. "/home/ismriv/example.ical") instead of a URL, as it's theoretically required in the IcalDataSource: "Sets the URL of the ical file to be crawled." Am I wrong, or we should be passing something like "file:/home/ismriv/example.ical" instead?
