#2 List Removal

We have a user who was placed on this list (nebehrens@ucdavis.edu,E,20090818) after their account was compromised in August. The compromise has since been resolved and the user is now back in control of their account. The inclusion of her address on this list has made it difficult for her to carry out legitimate business on our campus as well as others. Is there a process for removal or auto-expiry from this list?
