Alpha release of Apelon DTS version 4.0 is now available at apelondts.org. This demonstration/evaluation release:
- Supports Namespace versioning.
- Leverages Java EE 6 platform for Server and Browser.
- Introduces new module architecture for Editor.
- Maintains backward compatible to DTS 3.5 at API level.

NDF-RT Public edition is now available for download as sample content for DTS subscription at http://support.apelon.com/DTSContent/users/default.asp . More information about NDF-RT can be found at http://www.nlm.nih.gov/research/umls/sourcereleasedocs/2008AB/NDFRT/ .

Import Wizard V3.2 – An update to the Import Wizard that adds the Encoded parameter (Concept reference by Property value) for all Concept-valued Attributes and a Multiple parameter that specifies that an input field be interpreted as a delimited list of Attribute values. Apelon DTS 3.4.1 release is now available for download. This is the first general availability release of Open Source Apelon DTS.
Apelon DTS 3.4.1 for Linux is also available for download. Linux package has server components only.
Apelon DTS.Net Client for .Net is also available for download.

Version 3.0 of the Import Wizard DTS Editor Plug-In is now available. Among other new features, this version includes Schema files for XML-based imports. This will make it much easier for DTS users to create their own data files for loading into DTS Namespaces. Further information is in the significantly expanded Users Guide.

The kits for the plug-ins include user guides, executables, and source code. User guide describes the installation procedure for the plug-in. User guide for each plug-in is also available at http://apelon-dts.wiki.sourceforge.net/DTS+Plug-In+Documents .

DTS Plug-Ins provide extensions to the functionality of the DTS Editor. Plug-ins are easily developed and integrated into DTS installations, without the need to re-compile or re-build DTS, using the DTS Editor Plug-In Architecture. Current plug-ins are available for graphical tree and tabular displays, data import and export, and form-based editing.
