When I try to start tomcat I can't see any error in my ctalina log but when I try to access DTS Browser through my Web Browser using this URL http://localhost:8081/dtstreebrowser/index.jsp I see the error "HTTP Status 404 - Servlet action is not available"
What could my problem be? I have checked all the tomcat configuration files.

Could your port 8081 be in use by another application?
