We want to load the MEDDRA into DTS. We would like to generate a namespace that is totally independent of another ontylog. We want this namespace to have separate concepts/terms/associations.Currently we are only able to create Ontylog Extensions, We have the following requirements.
1.The basic requirements are to browse the terminolgy based on the search text.
2.should be able to search PT and LLTs based on the search text.
However when we want to view the tree structure, even though we can create associations between terms/concepts(i.e. higher level terms/lower level terms), the visualizing will always refer back to the main namespace(the one being extended) in the browser that comes with DTS .
I can think of the following options:
1. Give up the tree view function, then just import MEDDRA as an extension to some existing Ontylog
2. Import data directly into SQL database
3. Import MEDDRA data to some existing Ontylog, then modify the SQL database to recognize it as a Ontylog.
Please advise on how to load MEDDRA into DTS. thxs.
