[Apc-aa-coders] bug: thumbnail urls are stored only randomly

After upgrade to latest cvs version of AA I see strange bug in image 
thumbnails creation.

When you insert new item with image fields (e.g. original + several 
thumbnails) it creates the thumbnail images (files) but it stores their 
URLs only in random thumbnail fields (some thumbnail fields are filled 
and rest of them is left empty).
