The common reason of this inconsistency in database is caused by "Related Item Window" Input Type when the administrator forgets to set field's "Insert" function to "Item IDs". If administrator overlooked this and the id is stored as "Text", then leading flags 'x', 'y' and 'z' are not removed, which causes problems. Couldn't this be the case?
