[Apc-aa-coders] MLX patchlevel 2

Hi

I have done some more development of my multilingual extension.

Features include:

* Tab style interface in the item manager
* slice.php3 now uses the MLX information in index views. It now does 
automatic fall back to other language versions

I have also set up section for feedback (see bottom of that page). It 
would be could to hear what other people think of this and whether it's 
worth opening it to the wider APC-AA community.

On a sidenote, is it possible to upload this into CVS? There is a danger 
for me to patch a version that is below current CVS....
