Hi The subscriptions system doesn't seem to work for Alerts, here is what happens, you should be able to repeat it easily ... I go to http://www.byronbaykm.com/alerts.shtml Fill in the form with my email address, and set "instant" and one of the feeds. I receive an email of the form >Somebody requested to receive regularly new items from our web site ><http://www.byronbaykm.com>byronbaykm at the moment they are added . > >You will not receive any emails until you confirm your subscription. >To confirm it or to change your personal info, please go to ><http://www.byronbaykm.com/alerts.shtml?aw=wourf>http://www.byronbaykm.com/alerts.shtml?aw=wourf. > >Thank you for reading our alerts, >The Econnect team (We'll ignore that it says "Econnect" for now :-) When I click on this address, I get the same form again, why? It already knows who I am, surely it should just confirm my email address. So I type in the same email address and password, and it comes back with a screen that says ... "There was an error in your subscription" Ram has asked about trapping the error so we see what it was, but my question is why are we getting an error in the first place? - Mitra -- Mitra Technology Consulting - www.mitra.biz - mi...@mi... 02-6684-8096 or 0414-648-0722 Life is a Mystery to be Lived, not a Problem to be Solved |
