03/31/03 - updated all language files with xmgettext
(jakub)    and added some Czech translations 
03/29/03 - improved the Anonym Form Wizard 
(jakub)  - improved the Send Email Wizard, now it allows using field
aliases             
         - added links to reader.html and anonym.html to doc/index.html
