[Apc-aa-coders] m_gettext, is it complete now?

Is the m_gettext conversion complete?

The reason I'm asking is that I'm finding strings in the code such as

L_OFFLINE_ERR_BEGIN

that are still there in the current CVS  version, although their 
definitions have disappeared.
