[Apc-aa-coders] Alerts Admin broken in CVS version

If you are running the latest CVS version, and go to Slice 
Admin->Alerts/Admin you get the error message:

This tableview is not in $tableview_definitions: alerts_admin. Bailing out.

I've run sql_update so its not a database problem, the table 
tableview_definitions doesn't contain this definition, but I think 
that table is defined dynamically, so I haven't figured out how to 
fix this properly.
