I've fixed a collection of Javacript errors that preventing many 
actions - like deleting RSS feeds - on Mac IE.   And committed it to 
CVS

on Mac IE, two bugs (mitra)
         -- if the index of a selection is -1 (not selected) you can't 
retrieve a value
         -- you can't test against undefined, have to test against null.
