[Apc-aa-coders] Bug - can't use "action" as field of a form (fixed and committed to CVS)

Action is a form property, and you shouldn't use it as the name of 
one of the fields,

This caused a bug with the omniweb browser where the Javascript that 
set this field to for example "trash" failed.

So .... I've changed all the cases I could find from "action" to 
"akce" (Czech for Action) this means ....the item Manager form - 
which includes changes to admin/feed_to.php3  admin/index.php3  and 
the Related Items form - admin/related_sel.php3

Because the word "action" appears throughout the source its hard to 
be 100% certain I caught all the cases (I almost missed the one in 
feed_to.php3).
