[Apc-aa-coders] How to create an "item" for use in unalias

  I'm trying to create an item, so that I can call "unalias" on it, 
using a Short item id.

I think this should be enough information to create one, but I can't 
find an appropriate way to create the item.

If I've understood correctly I would use "new item" from 
include/item.php3 but this seems to want a lot more information.

Is there any code around that does this?
