Shouldn't we have a feature, that we can have some
like a group admin, who can add users in his group or
a publisher who can add usrs to his/her slice?
AFAIK now every user has to be entered by the 'super
admin' which will most likely be the APC provider that
runs the AA.
If we rent the AA to many clients, these should be
able to add users to their own slices.

This proposal coulde be extended in a way that the users
can "register" via publicly accessible form. Administrator
(publisher) of the slice can then select user(s) and assign
access (author/editor) permissions to his/her slice. In
this way you will not need create the same user for each
different slice he/she should have access to.
