#91 HTML button not set using HTML area

The following is from a heavy AA user. Obviously a
workaround is to go back to edit the item, but many
editors may never check:

If the HTML edit area is clicked in Add Item window,
the edit HTML window opens, but the Plain and HTML
radio buttons on the Add Item window disappear.

That would be fine if automatically the HTML radio
button were
then ticked as naturally one can not go back to click
Plain Text and the full text box is filled naturally
with HTML. However, on posting you will see it is still
plain text, so all the tags will display. Solution is
either to prevent these buttons disappearing, or to
automatically select HTML button on disappearing them,
since many users will forget to FIRST press the HTML
button before selecting EDIT in HTML.
