#90 /admin.css - missing new styles

AA 2.6.1 (CVS May 12)

This stylesheet is missing definitions for these new
styles:

- tabtxteven
- tabtitlight
- tabtxteven

The result is that some screens render illegibly. (Example:
related items selector window.)

I notice these styles do exist in Econnnect's admin-ecn.
css. However, this stylesheet seems more broadly
restructured from the standard admin.css -- and I don't
have a great grasp of what style applies where -- and so
am reluctant to try to fix admin.css myself. (I've hacked
my own copy, but not without creating new problems,
etc.).

Perhaps someone with a great grasp of the overall style
logic would be better for this task.
